Non Refundable Rates
When the property receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged on your card. No refund will be made in case of cancellation, early departure or no-show (the reservation is kept up to the 1st night). If the charge to your card is denied, the reservation will be cancelled.
Flexible Rates
Free cancellations up to 3 days (72h) before the arrival date. For cancellations made 3 days or less before arrival, as well as in case of no-show or early departure, the property will charge 100% of the stay to the credit card provided. If payment is denied, the reservation will be cancelled.
At Easter/HolyWeek ("Semana Santa" from 13rd to 20th April 2025) and April Fair ("Feria" from 5th to 11st May 2025) Flexible Rates conditions may be modified. You will find more information in your booking confirmation.
Credit Card
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time.

Cots and extra beds are on request and subject to availability. Price is automatically included in the rate and is included in the total price of the stay that appears in your booking confirmation.

Non-aggressive pets up to 15kg are welcome, with a charge of 50€ per night and pet, which will be added upon departure. Bed, water bowl and sweets are included. No other pets are allowed.

The easiest and fastest way to make your purchase. To manage credit card charges on our website we use the virtual POS platform of Redsys.

Secured cards are associated with security keys and, at the end of the payment, it is transferred to the bank's website, where these keys must be introduced. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.
